After-Hours Emergency Care

For your convenience, Valley Center Veterinary Clinic partners with VetTriage to provide after-hours video telehealth services. Their licensed veterinarians are available 24/7 to assess your pet via a live video chat for a small fee. Spanish-speaking veterinarians are also available around the clock to assist clients who prefer to communicate in Spanish.

During your session, the VetTriage veterinarian will determine whether your pet needs immediate emergency care or can be safely monitored at home until our clinic reopens.

If emergency treatment is required, they’ll help coordinate your visit to the nearest on-call or emergency veterinary hospital to ensure your pet receives prompt care.

All sessions are $50 USD regardless of duration. This fee is paid directly to VetTriage. VCVC does not receive any compensation for this service and the fee is non-refundable.
